In this case anyone can be found guilty or innocent. it's all down to the RPers reasoning skills and how the case will be played. Defense will get a few evidence that the prosecution doesn't have and vice versa, so choosing the right moments to change the course of the trial is down to whoever is RPing. overall i'll have a list of Evidence alltogether so if evidence is presented that i have no knowledge of then i'll assume you're God modding and have you "Charged"(taken off the case) for forging evidence. Even though i know the outcome it will all be down to what relation to facts, evidence and likely senario that you present during the trial.
Crime: Homicide
Description: A women was found dead in her apartment on the 5th floor of a building. The door was locked when the Police arrived. The Victim died of suffocation.
Victim Data: Michelle Walker(age 24) - Worked as a bar maid. Apparently was well liked and easy to get along with. Found dead in her living room. looks like she was strangled. The only other noticeable thing that could be seen was that there was brusing on the victims chest.
Suspect Data: Richard McEwan(age 30) - Barman of the bar she worked at and Boyfriend/roomate. Was pulled in due to a neighbour witnessing him leaving the day of the murder.
Reason for Suspicion: At the scene of the crime. They had an arguement earlier on and there was brusing around the victims neck.
Witnesses:
Bletz (Adam Jelas): Neighbour of the victim.
More witnesses will be revealed throught the case.
Evidence:
-Autopsy Report: Michelle Walker. Murdered 6/10. Time of death: 8:15pm. Cause of death: Suffocation with signs of strangulation athough the marks don't look suviere. There was signs of brusing on the chest with resemblence to the defendants shoe print.
-Newspaper clipping: Dated back to 3 years ago. Main story is about a murderer being found guilty.
-Passport: The victims picture is in it but the name is Fiona Tyler. (Records are yet to be found on this name)
More evidence will occur as the trial progresses.
